I have been taking Stella to Brier Creek Pet Hotel for about 5 months now. Their customer service is remarkable! I have to say Crystal has been incredible with giving me knowledge on how to make my dog well behaved and has been so attentive to Stella's needs while at day care. We were in a bind this week with day care for our puppy as our normal place was booked solid. Brier creek pet hotel was recommended by a colleague so we came in hoping for the best - I couldn't be more pleased with our experience. We have a highly energetic lab puppy who had a fantastic time and came home exhausted after each visit. We found out about Brier Creek through a Living Social deal for doggie daycare. Best deal ever - a great week of daycare made us big fans! They take wonderful care of our Hailey and seem to love her and treat her like family. We love seeing pictures on Facebook, especially when we are out of town and boarding her. I have a Rescue who was mistreated and is cautious. This team is caring, understanding and so loving towards my girl. They've helped me with her a lot and work with me as she overcomes her earlier life set backs. She's come a long way already! I refer others to them frequently.
