I would not recommend this apartment building to my worst enemy. Had to sue to get security deposit back. Didn’t have hot water for multiple weeks at a time. Internet that they provided was in and out at least a dozen times. When i moved in the air conditioning was broken for 2 weeks and it was 90 degrees in our apartment.

I'm going to try and keep the review about the building only, as I've reviewed the management company on their own separate listing. I have lived in this building about 15 yrs now, and have been desperately trying to get out shortly before the pandemic started, but we know what happened to rents and housing since then, so it has been difficult. The management company is part of why this building is so horrible to live in, I do have to mention, and they took over around 4 yrs ago I believe. The building rarely gets cleaned, a... read more

our water has gone out for at least a few days every month since we’ve lived here for about a year. they have never given us $$ towards rent or anything beyond “we’re sorry”. it takes forever to fix each time because management is based out of moscow and therefore contracts out their work from moscow/surrounding area, instead of having a maintenance person live with us. my neighbors and i are taking sponge baths this week, and they’re having to give sponge baths to keep their kids clean! thank you lauder management!
