I always have a great time and love my dinners and drinks!
Overall they are friendly. They get two stars simply because of their location on the water and the beautiful view. When it gets down to it they are lazy, rude and drop big surprise charges on you. I won't even get into the decorating THEY were supposed to do but instead made the bridal party do it instead. They argued about what colors we asked for and were going to make my sister settle until I said: "well, we will go to the party store and get the right colors then deduct that from the total they try to charge you since t... read more
HORRIBLE service. There were not enough tables set out, and they began cleaning during the reception...felt like we were an imposition to the wait staff, bar tenders were unfriendly, the food was awful. The ceremony was beautiful....I would never recommend this place as a venue.
Very Disappointed to see that there were many people standing around that could not find A seat or a place setting anywhere for them I did not want the bride to walk in and see about 20 of her guest just standing because there was no place for them to sit down-and eat so I went and got the owner and he was very rude Like it wasn't his problem & after the experience we had I would never recommend anyone having their reception there.The roastbeef was way over cooked and I would have been embarrassed to even serve that to custo... read more
