Desperately unimpressive. I've had a good experience with them in New York about the DC service has been absolutely abysmal. Moved out of one apartment, into another with insufficient beds and, as of this morning, no running water. Will not be using again
Absolutely awful. Different area than we booked, very rough and this apartment was not one of the ones offered to us. Dirty towels and bed linen STILL HERE piled into a corner! Bed not made up for third person so I had to do it myself and even then I had no pillows. Never seen anything like it. You are better booking with airbnb BridgeStreet is a complete nightmare. If you didn't know Paris you would struggle as you have to go somewhere to pick up the keys and then find your apartment on the other side of Paris! Never stayin... read more
