Just checked into a furnished apartment at CityCenter DC. Truly appalling. The carpet was dingy and stained, the furniture was abused, the living room TV was a sad 32", and in the bedroom was a 19" joke of a tv. Not to mention each bedroom has 2 twin beds. Is this a hostel? Perhaps a dorm room? The walls were damaged throughout the unit, the kitchen was shoddy--overall it was just a sad, gross, beige-themed apartment. At almost $5800 a month, definitely a ripoff. We rejected it, stay far away from this corporate housing.

I find myself compelled to write a review because I'm baffled by the others. My husband and I frequently use bridgestreet 4 our various Consulting business trips. We much prefer living in an apartment versus staying in a hotel. The variety of center city locations is great and I know I'll always meet a helpful concierge any Bridge Street Building. I arrived at midnight to no record of my reservation, even though I had my receipt and confirmation number. None of the three separate phone support staff could help me and I did not receive any call-back for either of the separate calls. I only received service after spending an additional 22 minutes on the phone with @hotelsdotcom, which I had used to book this space. I was in tears in the apartment lobby before check-in was over. We recently rented a unit in downtown Chicago and it was not as advertised. The unit they advertised was gorgeous and had a panoramic view of the city. When we got there we were given a unit where half the view was the side of a neighboring building. Absolutely not what was advertised. Buyer beware - the picture they use to sell you may not be what you end up getting.
