We paid for our room 2months in advance to be greeted with a note at 6pm check-in saying we couldn't have access to hotel due to non-payment. I spent 2 hours on the phone with them and Expedia and finally they let us in. The GM called me a few days after check-out and felt it acceptable to yell at me and talk over me.

I've stayed at Beekman Tower twice (summer and winter) and absolutely loved it. The first time I stayed in a one bedroom apartment and the second time I stayed in a studio. Spacious and close to great brunch restaurants. Blocks away from the train and there is even a small market across the street where you can buy grocery items or sandwiches. I definitely recommend visiting Beekman Tower ASAP - especially when the weather is nice.

Very nice apartment ideal for Family with 2 kids, the residence is brand new, nice pool and sport equipment. I definitely commend this address”

The worse experience ever !!!!!!! It was the worse nightmare that I could ever imagine !!! We get the apartment really late and when we get to the apartment it was really really dirty !! It had broken glasses all over the floor, muddy mucous on the furniture, the day after we turn on the oven and all the apartment was on fire, the apartment didn't have any extinguisher or information about were is the nearest one so we had to call 911 !!
