Lovely space and location, terrible hospitality. When checking in I was advised if there was anything I needed during my stay I could just ask. For a short term serviced apartment you might expect to have washing powder and washing liquid available, however the response was not very reassuring when requesting. "We only provide couple tablets until you settle in. The tablets have to be purchased by yourself then after." I hope in the future they can improve on this. I stayed at The Acadia, a BridgeStreet Global Hospitality managed accommodation in Arlington, Va in March of 2018. My check-in and out was effortless the apartment was beautiful and well appointed. BridgeStreet communicated with me regularly and professionally and I had a great time. I had stayed at the Acadia in 2017 through another management company and it was a horrible ordeal. BridgeStreet Paris Arc de Triomphe. J'ai séjourné la semaine dernière. J'ai vraiment apprécié la qualité du service, le professionnalisme simple et efficace du personnel. J'avais des documents à imprimé, ils l'ont fait : j'avais une question sur la ventilation, un technicien est venu. Ils sont fantastiques. L'endroit est calme et très agréable.

I booked a hotel managed by BridgeStreet for my stay in London next month. The hotel is new and was supposed to open in September but I saw no sign of its opening on its website or social media. I called BridgeStreet to inquire and ensure the hotel was opened but they informed me it is still not opened and could not guarantee its opening for my booking. Terrible (non existent) service. Apartment in reality it is next to a construction site and next to a filming studio that starts work at 2am. Bridgestreet unavailable to talk to - there isn’t an actual office to talk to, they redirect you to an answering service. They don’t respond to emails either. Do not recommend dealing with this company at all. I still haven’t heard from them.
