The wait was 20 minutes though there were tables open. Ordered the fish sandwich ..the fish was kind of burnt so were the sweet potato fries and soggy at the same time if that's possible. Not much food for the price. But the place itself is cute overlooking the canal.
Brought our Staffie after a day on the bike (He's a side car addict). We saw people we knew and met people who loved our dog. Minimal wait on a Saturday @dinner time. Friendly staff and patrons alike. And the food was amazing! Dog friendly, great food, great service and fabulous atmosphere. Our new favorite place for sure!
We went there last night. It was recommended in a list of places to go in Michigan City. We had a great time! Our table was near the water. We arrived late evening and it was all lit up! Very nice! I had the fish sandwich and it was great! We also had the mushrooms, very good. Our waiter was very nice.
Drove in from Chicago to enjoy a quick day away. We loved the laid back atmosphere. Everyone was very friendly. I ordered a salad and it was like the "Big Salad" from Seinfeld. So good! Exceeded my expectations. Will definitely make it a stop on our trip around the lake go forward.
