Murders and pests The place was nice when we first moved in 3 yes ago but it’s gone completely downhill! There’s been a murder here, drugs smoked in hallways, police coming to our building all the time because of domestic disturbances in other apartments, the pools was open for maybe 20 days in total the last year, vermin and cockroaches everywhere. Happy! I’m happy with my stay here. Alex in the office is great. Only issue is bugs. I’ve had them spray but it didn’t seem to make a difference. Time to take things in my own hands. Other than that everything’s great.

Don’t trust management Get any and all communication with the staff in writing. They will screw you over otherwise. The gates are always broken, so anyone can get in at any time.
