Verified Renter If you’re looking to over pay extremely to live in a rundown poorly managed unkept property then here is where you want to be! The first 2 weeks of moving in we had no hot water, daily power outages due to incorrect wiring which could have caused an electrical fire and let’s not forget the very unapologetic, and down right rude management.

Verified Renter Ease to apply online- all information is easy to access. Staff is great- they are very attentive. Apartment is clean and spacious enough. Location is also a big plus as all shopping, groceries, schools, are all close by.
Verified Renter Avana is a real nice community with stylish apartments they have the flex program for those who qualify huge nice and quiet neighborhood 2 pools tennis court valet trash for the lazy people lol overall I like it here .
Verified Renter Do not move to Avana Kennesaw unless you like to babysit grown people that are slow/lazy to do their job, like Maintenance. Roaches and ants everywhere, Pest Control company suck. Community is falling apart while Greystar keep building new communities everywhere else.
Verified Renter Aside from the property needing an upgrade on some of the amenities, Avana Kennesaw apartments are good place to live. Rents are reasonable for the apartment size. It's quiet and clean.
