We had to fight for a washer & dryer and once we got it, it was another issue getting them to come hook up the vent. When I went inside the office to address this issue i was told lots of people here need things and basically I wasnt a priority and I should simply get in line and deal with the fact that I was lied to about what I could expect in my apartment here. Verified Renter Living at Avana Kennesaw is awesome! It is very close to all kinds of restaurants and shopping, and very convenient to get to I-75. The staff is friendly in the office, and the maintenance team is very quick to respond to any issues. Pet friendly, and has a dog park. As far as apartment communities go, I have never seen anywhere else offer what Avana has to offer. I highly recommend living here!
