Here’s my story, I have high anxiety and depression; I started going to. Bridges over a year ago. I had great experiences at first, Shane thank you for being awesome, but I had things happen over the last year medically and couldn’t make it in to bridges. I called several times over the last year to get my meds filled, they never answered so I left messages. I never received calls back. My husband filled out all the paperwork, they schedule him an appointment. Then the day before his appointment, less then 24hr notice, they call and canceled on him. Very disappointed in this facility, who’s claiming to be mental Health counseling, unwilling to help people. Causing someone more pain and frustration when it’s not needed. Shame on you!!

I'm sorry you experienced this, this is not our normal and I can only assume there was a significant reason. We can look into this if you wish. However, were you not given a reason for the cancellation?

Spent 4 months trying to get a hold of these guys, they never called me back when requested, and after i got my insurance sent in and confirmed they later informed me they had no room for new patients. It took 4 months for them to tell me they had no more room, when I could've been using that time to contact someone who can get me the help i need. Unprofessional.
HIGHLY skilled providers in a genuinely first-class facility. Can not recommend Bridges highly enough.
If the option to give it 10 stars was here, I would give 10. The staff is amazing. They are there because they truly want to help people. From the owner, to the doctors, to the therapists, to the front staff...excellent!
Unprofessional to not know it's HIPAA, not HIPPA.
