It's always a great experience!
I was recently traveling a lot for work and started to experience significant pain. I realized that I had an old filling fall out of one of my molars and I had a large hole in the tooth. I called the office and Pam was very helpful in getting me into the practice as soon as possible. They provided a comprehensive exam and took care of the problematic tooth within an hour and a half. Dr. Shaw is really nice, as is his whole staff, and they let you watch movies while they work away on your teeth which helps take your mind off whatever they are doing!
Procedure went smoothly, and after the numbness wore off I was a little sore and today and I have no soreness. Good job Dr. Shaw
The staff are always very pleasant, friendly, remember their patient's name and personal background. Visiting the office is like coming home to family. Very supportive, caring, kind, and charitable. Wouldn't consider going anywhere else and recommend this dental practice 100%.
As always, the appointment was on time both beginning and ending. Chris Ann was my technician and she was fantastic! Very professional, friendly and helpful. She assisted me with a tooth whitening program after my appointment was over. All in all, I was very satisfied with my total experience considering it was a dental appointment.
My husband has been a very satisfied patient off Dr. Shaw's for years. I had my first visit this week and I am delighted with Dr. Shaw, his amazing staff, and his office setting. They are efficient, professional, pleasant always, and friendly. This was my best dental visit by far and the best teeth cleaning I've ever had. Thank you.
