Lovely The apartments are all clean and well-maintained. Leasing options were great and very affordable. Great/safe location. Anyone on staff or management that I've dealt with have all been friendly and professional.

Close to Perfect I have lived here for over a year. I did everything over the phone signt unseen. I am very happy with the apartment, it was clean, freshly painted all was Great! Michele was very very helpful and worked with me on the phone and has even been better in person. I just came in and got extra salt for my walks just in case I need it. First apartment! Best decision!! I am so happy with my apartment, the set up is so great and plenty of room. The ladies in the office are wonderful! Michelle is always welcoming and super upbeat. My neighbors welcomed my gf and I, the day we moved in. Everyone is so considerate of other peoples space, just the other day had a neighbor ask if it was okay they were going to have a New Year’s Eve party because they knew we have early morning work schedules. BEST APPARTMENTS EVERRRRRRRRRR I've lived in 3 different complexes and Bridgedale Terrace is the best complex I have lived in. Management, office, and maintenance is fast, respectful, and kind. Rates are affordable and there is plenty to do around the neighborhood. Great places to eat around the area. Love my LOFT in Bridgedale Terrace!!!! Check it out if you want to live in a complex that is personable, affordable, AND quiet.

AMAZING PLACE TO STAY! If you don't believe me, come and check in and you wouldn't want to check out! This is my second go around here at Bridgedale Terrace. I love it, love it, love it! I never should have left here in the first place. Our building tenants here are the BEST! I enjoy coming in to just talk to them alone, especially Martha and the bubbly personality of Michelle! You can't go wrong. After living at Bridgedale for 16 years, I have to say this complex is an excellent place to live. The entire staff is friendly and very responsive. If a problem develops, it addressed quickly, even after business hours. The secret to a successful relationship with the staff is to respect, and follow the rules. They are not unreasonable and most, if not all of them are just common sense. If a neighbor is disruptive or not compliant, the management will address the issue quickly. Wonderful Property You can't beat Bridgedale's bang for your buck. I'm currently renting a 1 bedroom loft, and have been pleasantly surprised by both the quality of the apartment, and the helpfulness of the staff. The open floor plans make great use of the square footage, and all units have vaulted ceilings, which make everything feel really open and spacious. The grounds are well kept and the area is a quiet place, the staff is always friendly and responds to issues promptly.

Very Quiet and Friendly environment I have lived here almost a year and I love the neighborhood. It is a very quiet and friendly neighborhood. I told a good friend about it and they moved in this summer. I think the number one best thing is that it is so quiet!
