love it here I have been here 5 years and I love it. I love having assigned parking. Most complexes it is park wherever you can find a spot. I love my parking space right outside my door. And having private entrances front and rear is a real plus. No dark hallways. That is very important for me as a senior citizen. Great Apartment, Caring Staff & Maintenance I have been a resident in Bridgedale Terrace Apartments for almost 7 years. It is a lovely place to live. Quiet settings, Beautifully Landscaped, Safe. Parking for residents and visitors. Lighting for safety. The office staff are wonderful to deal with. Maintenance people keep the whole complex clean and thriving. Quiet, Comfortable Apartments I've lived at Bridgedale Terrace for almost a year and a half now (in one of the newer buildings), and I love how quiet it is. Even though we are next to train tracks, the apartments are insulated very well, so it's not loud at all. You also rarely hear your neighbors or smell their food. I love having my own washer and dryer, and water is included in your rent, which saves quite a bit of money. Thank you, Bridgedale, for giving me a nice place to call home!
Nice place to live Overall its a good place to live and the rent is reasonable. Conveniently located and mostly well maintained. Staff is mostly friendly and helpful and will work with you. Especially Michelle, she is awsome! Some of the neighbours are selfish and annoying! Hint - train your dog not to bark and pick up your dog poo and get some headphones if you want to listen to load music!
Great Apartments I previously lived at Bridgedale Terrace for a year and have moved here again for the 2nd time. I am approaching my one year mark for this lease and I plan on resigning my lease! The apartments are very affordable and maintained well!
Bridgedale I have lived here since 2017 and it was the first place I could call home I love it ??. Reasonably priced and I wouldn't change anything

Amazing I’ve lived here for over a year now and it’s been amazing. About every neighbor that I’ve met has been so kind and caring; my apartment is perfect for me to spread my wings, and I can always count on the maintenance people if anything ever goes wrong. It’s been a blessing to be here .
Great Place to Live Every time I come back to Fort Wayne, I rent an apartment from Bridgedale Terrace due to the quiet neighborhoods, the older residents, and the spacious apartments. The management team is always a phone call away for any issues or maintenance needs. Edward Dennis
