Happy Here I have lived at Bridgedale a little less that one year. I am very happy here. The office has been attentive to my needs and I have met a couple neighbors. It's quiet here and I'm happy.

Third Time Stay Tori in maintenance does an amazing job. She is polite and very professional. Emptied my trash after my knee replacement. Michelle is also exceptional with her perky and pleasant conversation.

Stunning Place is absolutely stunning, me and my now fiance had moved in a year ago, Bridgedale management had helped us get into a Cottage, we had a son on the way and they helped us everytime we needed something, management is great and they are wonderful about making sure they send someone out to fix problems. I would recommend Bridgedale to everyone.

Repeat Resident I have lived at Bridgedale on 3 seperate occassions over the last 20 years. I keep coming back to this community due to the friendly and quiet neighborhoods. The price for the apartments in this community are quite affordable.

Best Location This community is quiet, friendly, and very nice to live in. No need to get out to cut or mow the grass. Its dry during the wet months and no anching backs from shovelling snow in the cold months. The apartments are perfect size for your needs and with attic space too keep thing just in reach. Close to parks, schools, and stores to make living here the best location in Waynedale.

Great Value! The maintenance team is friendly and fast to fix items. Very enjoyable place to live. Queit but friendly neighborhood. Close to buisnesses and places to eat plus a park is close. Office people are great to work with and very understanding Overall I would give it a 5 star. Great Value! Brenda
