My son had Tommy John surgery and has been rehabbing his elbow as well as working on his pitching with Alec. What a difference Alec has made. His knowledge of the rehab process coupled with his expertise in pitching is second to none. Alec is not only great at what he does, but it’s clear that he loves it. His passion is contagious. I had an incredible experience working with Bridge. I worked with Alec specifically. I injured my lower back lifting about 6 months ago and the chronic pain was completely removed within a few weeks of adhering to his PT / recovery regimen. He was professional, kind, knowledgeable, and… the results speak for themselves. I’m putting up PRs in the gym now when as recently a six months ago I was wondering if this was just my new reality. Cannot recommend Bridge and Alec enough!
Loving Bridge Physical Therapy and Performance. It has everything you need to get back on track! Victor was absolutely amazing. He was very knowledgeable, patient, and worked incredibly well with my son. He made the whole physical therapy experience comfortable and positive for both of us. You can tell he truly cares about what he does. We had an awesome experience and highly recommend both Victor and this facility!
The staff at bridge have continuously provided support for my son both physically and mentally. He looks forward to training and recovery sessions partly due to the positive atmosphere.
