My mother in law moved into the building last year, although the apartments are tiny, they're adequate for one person. Kitchen is a galley style with pass through countertop open to the living room. Huge pantry closet in the kitchen to double as storage..plenty of cupboard space. The only thing lacking is closet space in the bedroom. (Small coat size ) The bedroom fits a twin bed, recliner, dresser and nightstand so very doable. The building is kept nice and clean with seasonal decorations and tasteful decor. Gets 2 stars because its close to downtown and the residents are nice enough. The manager is insane.
