left without treatment! Came in on a day the roads were horrible.They take me back for my apt check my blood pressure say it's high then tell me if we cant get it lower they cant help. Blood pressure went up! I was already scared because of the road condition I came in on an then freaking out about if I'll be able to get treatment. Meh. It use to be the only place a person with low income could go to for dental care in Wausau. Thank god there's other places now.

The absolute lack of compassion shown to your patients is nothing short of appalling. I brought my husband in yesterday as an emergency walk-in due to a severe tooth infection. My husband has severe anxiety regarding dental procedures and repeatedly asked to have me with him but was denied. That alone was unacceptable. In any line of health care one of your top priorities should always be the care and comfort of your patient. This review was previously, accidentally posted from a friend's account. Sorry for that! Filled out my history paperwork and returned it in person. I was offered an appointment the very next day because they had a cancellation. Upon arriving, I only had to wait a few minutes and was called back for my appointment. The hygienist, Kori was so knowledgeable and kind. She had an excellent bedside manner and while reviewing x-rays, was very explanatory. I did not have insurance when I went to this health clinic and I had to fill out paperwork to be eligible for reduced charges. The paperwork was lost after turning it into them. The doctor I saw forced me into 2 lab tests I did not need. I was so upset by the treatment and complete lack of care. The doctor would not explain any logical reasoning for the tests and would not answer many of my questions about why she thought I needed them. I decided to get a second opinion.
