We were from out of state and relied on the truth from our realior...cracks, water damage, etc. We were told not to get a hole house inspection, and that was a huge mistake. She was going to do the final walk through, so we trusted her. The inspection people work with the real-estate company, so find your own. The selling agent was buddies with my buying agent, and they just wanted the sellers gone as they had issues.
