I had some trouble getting my regular guys in the store to fix 2 of my freezers that were broken, after a random search on the internet I found bindencool , Luis was a gentleman from the beginning to the end , he came on time , very communicative , answer my texts with in minutes even over the weekend. Puts garbage Mexican made parts on commercial equipment that won't last 6 months. Happened twice to me. Last time i asked for a refund, was told business was slow to allow him some time. This was back in December '15 and Im still waiting. Equipment went bad on me and he hopped on a plane for a month long vacation, promised to have someone else take care of it....never did!....horrible! Avoid at all costs! Also learned he screwed a friend with a walk in cooler....bad business...has been reported to the Better Business Bureau.

Called him twice in a 2 week span, both times gave me an appointment (which I called off work to attend) both times didnt even bother to call to advice he wasnt gonna make it. Very Unprofessional
