Great Place to shop! – After having a bad experience in Roswell, we drove down to this great store where the employee's were very helpful and nice. They have us their suggestion and listened to what we wanted.. I would highly recommend this store...

Absolutely Wonderful Bridal Store – I had been searching everywhere for this particular Maggie Sottero gown. I had come across the store on the Maggie Sottero website and saw that they were having a trunk show. I had no problem setting my appointment and despite the crowd that was in yesterday, it took us no time to start browsing dresses. DEPENDS ON THE SALES ASSOCIATE – I am flabbergasted by the mixed reviews here. Obviously some people had horrible associates who helped them, but my friend who is also a bride, and I went and had an awesome experience. The dresses are beautiful, the selection is great, and our associate Joan was extremely friendly and HELPFUL. I feel depending on your personality the associates at Bride Beautiful may come off as pushy. Top Notch – My wedding dress is in and it's beautiful! I had a fantastic salesperson help my try on gowns. There was a wide selection and in my price range (under $1,000). I ordered my gown and it came in early! Piece of cake. I'd recommend this place to anyone.

Not so great... – Went to order a bridesmaid dress...waited at counter for about 5 minutes while the 2 girls at cashier stand ignored me. One was on the phone, the other busy typing. The other 3 staff members rushing around but not sure what they were actually doing since their hands were empty. Finally got service, ordered dress, took forever while the cashier tried to type. I can think for myself, thank you. – I was pleasantly greeted by the front desk associate. I informed her that I only wanted to browse, not try on, not purchase. After returning the information card to her, I proceeded to lift the chain leading to the dress area. *cue music of doom* She glared at me like I was a toddler with my hand in the candy jar and told me to hold on and that a consultant would be with me momentarily. A Fun Experience – First off, I'm a bride that is not comfortable in a dress and making big purchases. My sales rep, whose name escapes me (she used to work at another bridal salon, which will remain nameless, down in Sandy Springs) was unbelievable. I'm planning a wedding over 800 miles away and after having a very frustrated time shopping at the wedding site I returned to Atlanta and came here. She was so much fun and made it less stressful. wonderful selection! – I am a mother of the bride and I was pleased with the staff and their excellent service. They provided us with my daughters gown, veil and shoes, my dress and her brides maids dresses. I was so very pleased with the selection offered at Bride Beautiful.

I loved this place! – This store was awesome during my entire year of planning. My slaes consultant was very helpful and everytime I went in she or someone else was willing to help me. The store can be very busy on weekends; I had to wait around 20 minutes before someone was available to help me on my first visit. However, on all of my other visits I was helped almost immediately.
