Disgusting Sales Team – (Brief Intro) Both me and my cousin are getting married. I'm her maid of honor, and she's my matron of honor. She lives in GA & I live in NYC. GREAT EXPERIENCE! – Bride Beautiful was BY FAR the best experience i had wedding gown shopping! I went to one bridal store in Statesboro and then i decided to go to Atlanta. Not so great – I made an appointment at Bride Beautiful because they had good reviews online and stated their dresses ranged from $500-2500 which I hoped meant that I would have plenty of options in my price range as I had fallen in LOVE with a Jenny Packham dress that was $3600 and out of my price range. Great! – I got a great dress for a great price. If you want a couture look without the price, then Bride Beautiful is the place to go. Loved it!!
My perfect day! – I found the perfect dress for my big day my first trip to Bride Beautiful. My consultant, Joan was great. She was not pushy and she listened to what I like and didn't like in order to help me find my dress. On my big day, my dress was perfect and I loved it. I couldn't imagine having bought my dress anywhere else. I will refer every bride I know. HUGE thanks to the ladies at Bride Beautiful!
Bride Beautiful: Run away! Fast! – My bridesmaid dress took 16 (!) weeks to order. Moreover, Bride Beautiful lost my order, then screwed up my size and delivered the wrong dress. Sounds bad? Well, it gets worse: They refused to take responsibility and threatened to sue me for slander if I complain. I am outraged! Avoid! Unprofessional and poor customer service. – I ordered my bridesmaid dress from this store. 2 months ago, a staff member took my measurements. Today, I picked up the dress and it was eight (8) sizes off. I didn't gain 100 pounds, nor did I grow 10 inches. The manager stated that it is not their fault and that they cannot help me. Horrible Experience, think they don't like minorities – I have never had such a horrible experience shopping in my life. I was waiting to go to Bride Beautiful because I heard such great things, and they were supposed to have such a lovely selection of dresses. The associate treated me like s***, their dresses are overpriced and the store smells funny. The associate looked at me as if I can't afford their dresses. Not only do we have a diverse staff, but we also help brides every day with different ethnic backgrounds, races, and circumstances. I am sorry that you got that impression.
