This is one of the busier wedding dress vendors in Atlanat - but it is busy for a reason! They have a HUGE selection of dresses and your consultant makes you feel like you are the only person there during your session. I found my dress the first time there and was happy to have Jennifer as my consultant. Everyone at the wedding said it was a gorgeous dress and it honestly made me feel like a princess!

My experience here has been nothing but pleasant! My consultant was Jennifer and she was awesome!!! Since my first visit, I've been here about 3-4 more times. This was the second bridal store I visited. The first store was a complete nightmare, but Bride Beautiful was nice. It wasn't over-the-top boutique-y, but it was nice enough and the service I got was great. Is it a "Say Yes To The Dress" experience? Decent Selection but Horrible Assembly Line Feel and Service – This place stays packed. They have brides practically packed on top of one another. The selection is decent and they carry a number of the lines that I liked, but you're pretty much on your own because the sales consultants don't even pretend to be interested. They rush you through the dresses, offer no assistance and pretty much act like they're doing you a favor by letting you be there. Unfriendly, uncaring, and rude sales associates – I am writing to express my total dissatisfaction with the sales associates at Bride Beautiful. If it had not of happened to me TWO separate times..I would not have bothered to express my feeling with the service and lack of respect I received from them. My first experience was in late January when I was looking for an inexpensive wedding dress for myself. When I told them my price limit they acted offended that I even bothered to come in. Plus sized brides, dont waste your time! – PLUS SIZE BRIDES BEWARE!! They do not deserve even ONE star! This was the worst experience ever! Even thought their website states "Please also visit our plus size section. We have one of the largest selections of plus size samples in the Atlanta area!" they had 2 dresses in a size 20, 2 dresses in a size 22, and NOTHING above that.. although the sales girl said they could "hold the dresses up to me" and that "they could be ordered bigger, for an additional fee".. Excellent experience – I don't usually post, but I wanted to provide an alternate experience relative to some of the other ones people have reported on here (especially since some of them almost scared me off). Today I had a great experience at Bride Beautiful selecting my initial wedding gown. My consultant's name was Wanda, and she was very helpful and friendly. Wonderful!! – I never post on these sites but reading these reviews I have to say my thoughts on this store! I came here for the first time after going to a bridal show and called an hour before and made an appointment and they got me in right away! When I went in they gave me 5 clips and told me to pick 5 dresses I liked and then we would go from there I did so and tried on the dresses and plus two more before I narrowed it down to 3 I loved! Customer service can be hit or miss – Friends, I have shopped at BB both as a Bride and Bridesmaid. Likewise, I have visited other stores in the area so I can readily compare these shops. BB is not as swanky (nor costly) as Lori's but it's not as bossy/rude as New Natalie's (they have the worst customer service of all area shops IMHO). Individually, the clerks are friendly but the shop as a whole has some policies that are off-putting.
