What a great experience! – It was nice that while appointments are recommended, they are not required. We were able to walk in and were waited on in less than 10 minutes. We were waited on by a very friendly and knowledgeable young lady named Tekila Frazier. The gown selection was vast and their procedure very easy. My future sister-in-law went back the next day and purchased her dress. I highly recommend Bride Beautiful.
Horrible attitude – This shop's employees are interested in one thing- getting your money. Once that feat has been accomplished they no longer care whether or not the product they are peddling is sent to you or not. The employees are rude and lack the ability to create a solution to problems they themselves create. I would not recomend getting anything from this shop.
The most frustrating shopping experience! – After delivering horrible dresses for $170 a pop, and telling us it would be another $80 to alter them,(which we were never told until after they came in), we decided we didnt want them.We asked for a refund and our deposits back, the owner stood there and screamed at us for 40 minutes, in front of other customers, then the owner started screaming at our pregnant bridesmade about how it wasnt the stores fault that she was pregnant and the store wouldnt work with her to get the dres... read more
Don't waste your time – I happened to be in the area so I thought I would check this place out for Maggie Sottero gowns and bridesmaid dresses. The place looked old along with most of the gowns they had there. I stood by the front desk for 15 min before the sales clerk even spoke to me. They had none of the gowns I wanted to see and didn't even offer to order any samples in. I was told I could go to their sister store which was over an hour away to see if they had the dresses. They didn't even offer to call for me.
