Bridal Mart is not inexpensive! We bought our daughter's wedding dress there. We were very pleased with the dress, although as the other reviewers said, once you order the dress, forget customer service. Nothing else was in stock, although we were told it was. So, we made do with a different slip, and ordered the veil, and bought the shoes elsewhere. DON'T GO TO BRIDALMART!! I hope this review will save at least one bride from having their dream dress ruined!! Saving some money is really not worth it in the end as memories can never be recreated! The short version - I drove 2 hours to buy my dress from this store. Instead of 14-16 weeks as promised it took over 18 after I had to call multiple times! Then it came in and it was wrong!! Bridal Mart is the best! had a major issue with the dress I got at David's Bridal, so I needed a dress PRONTO! My wedding is in August. It's July. I decided to check out bridal mart. The problem I've been having is that I'm a Plus Sized Gal and no one seems to carry plus sized dresses...at least not the super plus sizes like 28 and 30. Horrible Customer Service Don't do it! The customer service is horrible! It's not worth the hassle to save a few extra bucks. Check with your local bridal shop, most will meet prices. If you must go to Bridal Mart, get anything you are told in writing. Trust me, the rules will change when you want to place an order. You can ask 5 different sales staff the same question and you will get 5 different answers. If you leave a message for the manager to call you, don't expect your phone to ring. WHAT YOU NEED TO KNOW!! I went to Bridal Mart on this past weekend and I highly recommend going to this place!!! It's rows and rows of bridal gowns and the prices are cheaper. The dressing room is in the back..there are no doors so you are changing in front of the other ladies. There are no men back there and no cameras are allowed in the dressing room. great place!! This place is wonderful....the service i recieved from Brenda was great...I don't understand why anyone would say anything bad about this place. You have to understand that its not one of those prissy upscale boutiques....thus why the prices are so reasonable. Inconsistant and Dissappointing I purchased a designer dress from Bridal Mart and was quite disappointed in the level of customer service. I'd taken several trips to the store and only one associate was courteous and helpful. Every other associate was rude and not willing to help. They also denied me the opportunity to speak with management so that I could voice my complaint. you CAN get personal attention with a large variety of choices I have just found my dream dress at Bridal Mart for an excellent price! There is plenty of choices of styles in dresses from the bridal gowns to the bridal party. The room to try the dresses on is one open room with little privacy and I believe for most people that you are so concerned with your own special day that you could care less about the people around you. Even cheeper fom their web site My fiance and I stopped there on our way back to N.Y. What a disappointment! Sure, lots of dresses but mostly dirty and older styles.They herd you into a huge fitting room and expect you to get naked in front of everyone else.Talk about a cattle call ! Then someone told me not to even buy a dress there, because you can go to their web site, ebridalsuperstore and buy it for even CHEEPER than they sell it for. Believe me, its not worth saving a couple of dollars for what they put you through!
