Do not shop at the Bridal Mart! My daughter and I traveled for 3 hours to the Bridal Mart with great intentions of buying a wedding dress that day. Big Mistake! We get there, shop around for about 20 minutes on the floor. I have my grandchild with me, she is 6yrs old, very well behaved. Inconsistant and Dissappointing I purchased a designer dress from Bridal Mart and was quite disappointed in the level of customer service. I'd taken several trips to the store and only one associate was courteous and helpful. Every other associate was rude and not willing to help. They also denied me the opportunity to speak with management so that I could voice my complaint. WHAT YOU NEED TO KNOW!! I went to Bridal Mart on this past weekend and I highly recommend going to this place!!! It's rows and rows of bridal gowns and the prices are cheaper. The dressing room is in the back..there are no doors so you are changing in front of the other ladies. There are no men back there and no cameras are allowed in the dressing room. Long Wait and Apathetic Staff When I went bridal mart, i had a pretty good experience. There was a wide selection an variety of dresses and the prices on most of them were pretty good. Word of caution, if you're looking for the private attention and experience of a boutique, this place is not for you. Nonetheless, the lack of personal attention was not my concern. DISGUSTED PATRON DO NOT USE eBRIDALSUPERSTORE! They are by far the worst company I have ever dealt with. We ordered 6 bridesmaids dresses, all knee length, one of the six arrived at eBridal Superstore (5 weeks before our event) as floor length, instead of calling to ask what we would prefer they do, they (eBridal Superstore) held all the dresses, returned the long dress to the designer to be re-done. you CAN get personal attention with a large variety of choices I have just found my dream dress at Bridal Mart for an excellent price! There is plenty of choices of styles in dresses from the bridal gowns to the bridal party. The room to try the dresses on is one open room with little privacy and I believe for most people that you are so concerned with your own special day that you could care less about the people around you. Bridal Mart is the best! had a major issue with the dress I got at David's Bridal, so I needed a dress PRONTO! My wedding is in August. It's July. I decided to check out bridal mart. The problem I've been having is that I'm a Plus Sized Gal and no one seems to carry plus sized dresses...at least not the super plus sizes like 28 and 30. If you don't have a long time to wait on your dresses to come back dont bother going. Hardly anything on the racks were over a size 6. I and my wedding party left very disappointed!!!!
Drove all the way up there on a Sunday and they were closed and their website still says they are open on Sundays and every other website they are on!! Thanks for letting your customers know you are closed! Thats great customer service!
