Bridal Abuse! I went to the fitting room to try on my ??BRAND NEW? wedding dress. I noticed that there was a stain on the front of the dress and the beading was falling off. It looked like it had been tried on multiple times. The store owner was called, I asked was this the sample I tried on when I was here before because my dress was not suppose to be ready until March and it was ready two weeks after I placed the order- this was in January. Do not shop at the Bridal Mart! My daughter and I traveled for 3 hours to the Bridal Mart with great intentions of buying a wedding dress that day. Big Mistake! We get there, shop around for about 20 minutes on the floor. I have my grandchild with me, she is 6yrs old, very well behaved. A sale person came up to me, stated that we could only take 3 dresses back, (which was fine) and I was not allowed to stand there on the floor and hold the dresses, and my grandchild would have to go up front to stand. You've got to be kidding My fiancee and I went there and she said the dressing room was just one big open area with no mirror and pushy sales people wanting you to go look in the big mirror outside with no concern for what she wanted. The fact that she changed in front of several other folks was in my opinion inappropriate in this day and age. They were also rude to me and my kids. BRIDAL MART Burlington, NC We have been in Bridal Mart three times in the last two weeks. First time was a weekday after lunch. My daughter looked @ gowns, I Picked up and carried a flower girl dress around was planning to purchase that day. We were there an hour no one greeted us or ask if we needed help. We left employees gladly told us to have a good day on the way out the door. Second day was midweek around 3. There were three ladies behind front counter. Buyer Beware My daughter has had a terrible experience with the sales staff @ the Bridal Mart in Burlington. Her bridal party ordered their dresses from there, and she was told that she would be notified when they arrived. A month after the promised arrival date, my daughter called to get a status on the missing dresses (as she had not heard anything) and was told that the dresses had been sitting in the store for a month.

Incompetent and poor customer service I do not recommend this store to anyone. They measured my daughter on March 17th, ordered a size 10 based on their measurement. We picked the dress up on June 17th and tried it own. It was six inches too small in the waist and alleged that my daughter had gained six inches in her waist in three months, that they do not make these kind of mistakes. Their solution was to express a size 18 from the design and alter it to fit her. They could not give me any indication of how much that would ... read more

VERY RUDE WORKERS My experience at Bridal Mart was absolutely horrible...very rude workers...children were not allowed to remain with parents to pick out wedding dresses...they had to wait in the front of the store..our child could not go in the back to try on her dress she had to go toward the area where the men tried on their tux's...I would not recommend this place to anyone who is planning their wedding...we left and will NEVER be back...we will tell other people of our experience.

Long Wait and Apathetic Staff When I went bridal mart, i had a pretty good experience. There was a wide selection an variety of dresses and the prices on most of them were pretty good. Word of caution, if you're looking for the private attention and experience of a boutique, this place is not for you. Nonetheless, the lack of personal attention was not my concern. Great Selection, Great Prices, Wonderful Staff! I would recommend Bridal Mart to anyone. Ms. Pam was absolutely wonderful! She knew exactly what I was looking for, and I only tried on 5 dresses before I found the one! I can't believe anyone would have anything bad to say about Bridal Mart. The staff are courteous and friendly and the dress selection is better than any boutique I have found! The only downside is the dressing room, but wear boy shorts and a bra and you'll be fine!
