3 week old baby not even allowed in Store! Ridiculous! I was excited to go looking for wedding dresses with my sister and my mom this past weekend. I thought BridalMart would be a great place to start looking since they seemed to have a large selection. Horrible Customer Service Don't do it! The customer service is horrible! It's not worth the hassle to save a few extra bucks. Check with your local bridal shop, most will meet prices. If you must go to Bridal Mart, get anything you are told in writing. Trust me, the rules will change when you want to place an order. You can ask 5 different sales staff the same question and you will get 5 different answers. If you leave a message for the manager to call you, don't expect your phone to ring. Great selection, lacking in personal attention While they have a HUGE selection of gowns, they are lacking in personal attention (something you'd get in a smaller type bridal shop). The selection for plus size dresses was bigger than most bridal shops, but still not very big. I did not end up getting my dress here, but I would have if I had not found a better deal on ebay.
Great Selection, Great Prices, Wonderful Staff! I would recommend Bridal Mart to anyone. Ms. Pam was absolutely wonderful! She knew exactly what I was looking for, and I only tried on 5 dresses before I found the one! I can't believe anyone would have anything bad to say about Bridal Mart. The staff are courteous and friendly and the dress selection is better than any boutique I have found! The only downside is the dressing room, but wear boy shorts and a bra and you'll be fine!
HUGE selection and GREAT prices I love Bridal Mart. They carry a gigantic selection and are able to order almost any dress associated with the designers they carry at prices way cheaper than other bridal stores. You don't get the most attention there, but that is the tradeoff for the huge selection. It gets busy and the staff has a lot to deal with. The dressing room is an open dressing room. Huge Selection and Great Prices on Wedding Gowns I bought my wedding dress from Bridal Mart. I got a name brand dress for under $200. They have a huge selection of gowns and bridesmaid dresses in lots of sizes and colors. They can order different sizes and lengths also. The ladies who assist you in trying on the gowns are also great to work with. There's lots of parking and it is located in an outlet park, so there's lots of other shopping too!
Incompetent and poor customer service I do not recommend this store to anyone. They measured my daughter on March 17th, ordered a size 10 based on their measurement. We picked the dress up on June 17th and tried it own. It was six inches too small in the waist and alleged that my daughter had gained six inches in her waist in three months, that they do not make these kind of mistakes. Their solution was to express a size 18 from the design and alter it to fit her. They could not give me any indication of how much that would ... read more
Bridal Abuse! I went to the fitting room to try on my âBRAND NEWâ wedding dress. I noticed that there was a stain on the front of the dress and the beading was falling off. It looked like it had been tried on multiple times. The store owner was called, I asked was this the sample I tried on when I was here before because my dress was not suppose to be ready until March and it was ready two weeks after I placed the order- this was in January. Huge selection This store has hundreds if not thousands of gowns for both brides and their wedding party. They also offer tuxedo rentals, alterations, and many wedding accessories. They have any type of dress you could be looking for and in a wide variety of sizes. They do not cary couture brands but do carry many of the popular designers.
