I needed to find a bridesmaid dress for a wedding being held in the next few months. When I arrived the morning of 10/5/19, I was greeted right away. The staff was friendly and helpful. Amazing customer service. I walked out with not one but two dresses and accessories. Thanks so much for making my dress search fun and easy!

Anna went above and beyond to help me find the perfect dress! She was real and down to earth and was easy to talk to and express my opinions too! ! Both her and my Mom were crying when we found the one!! She truly cared and made my experience wonderful!
We had an emergency. We lost the tie for the back of the Maid of Honor's dress(which was purchased at a different retailer). After calling The Bridal Event, not only did they have two colors for us - they were sympathetic to the situation and offered them free of charge!!! Top notch people all the way! Thank you The Bridal Event!!!!!
