ended up making a appointment here very unsatisfied with the service I received no assistance with dressing and when it came to buying trying to make me order a new dress and the demo dress fit her perfectly ended up getting the dress but will not be back in the future
RecommendedTwo months ago I found my dress at the bridal event and today we went back with my girls to look for bridesmaids dresses! Andi and Tearsa were both amazing and helped our group with every thing we needed above and beyond! They helped make us comfortable and love what we were choosing! Lots of selection for options as well! Cannot wait for all the dresses to come in and see them! Thank you so so much for everything and we will see you again soon!
The staff were not wearing masks. Additionally, the unmasked staff were approaching, touching, and helping masked customers get into dresses. Very disappointed in the lack of safety measures this store takes. Also, the unmasked manager was making negative comments about other employees. It felt very unprofessional.
Absolutely no one was wearing a mask. Not the employees or the manager (who was actually rude when asked to put one on for our health). We actually took our business elsewhere and bought the same dress somewhere else.
I had an amazing experience today (11/7) with Angela while bridal shopping. A few main things I really enjoyed: 1) the set up of the store - There are a few separate sections within the bridal area where it's more "private" but yet so spacious. At other places I have been to, when you show your friends/family the dress, you are out in the open which is fine, but not ideal if a dress doesn't fit well or if you happen to have some area of your body be shown that you don't want shown. 2) my consultant - Angela was AMAZING. Izzy was amazing! I came in with a picture of what I thought I wanted and she found the perfect dress. I ended up trying ten dresses on and still went with her first choice! She even let us look around at some bridesmaid dress choices after and we really appreciated that. It’s hard to work things out when your party wants things that you don’t necessarily want for your wedding and Izzy was able to navigate that really well and made sure I felt like I was being heard. I loved my whole experience at the bridal event! My dress was so comfortable and perfect for our special private ceremony this year and I can not wait to wear it again next year for our rescheduled reception! Thank you so much to the bridal even for making everything so special.
