RecommendedGot my beautiful dress from the bridal event! Very friendly staff. I fell in love with this exact dress at a store in Green Bay, where I live. I chose to get this dress and drive to Appleton because the bridal event was so much more willing to put straps on my dress in a way that I loved and a price I was okay with. I would definitely recommend the bridal event!

Tonight I said "yes" to my dress! I was super impressed with the service. Andi was so fun to work with and made this experience exactly what I'd imagined. They have so many dresses to try on and as a plus size bride, I was very happy to see that I was able to fit in most of the dresses. I would definitely recommend Bridal Event to other brides and I look forward to coming back with my bridesmaids to look for their dresses.

We are so very sorry that there were issues with the alterations! It is very unusual to hear this from our alterations department and we would really like to be given the chance to remedy this as best as possible! The easiest way to do that is to bring the gown and any pictures of what needed to be done at the wedding to show us here in the store.
