The absolute worst customer service I've ever experienced. Ladies, do yourself a favor and avoid this store. My dress was ordered wrong as a fault of the store and they did absolutely nothing about it. The manager and every staff member I came in contact after that event were so rude and not sympathetic to the horrific situation at hand. Would not recommend this place to anyone.

I recently purchased 2 mother of the bride dresses at The Bridal Event! They had such a great selection I couldn't pick just one! The selection they have includes all sizes and styles. I was amazed to see I had trendy and beautiful options that weren't matronly and samples that would fit! It was a busy Saturday but I didn't feel rushed at all.
