Krystle at The Bridal Event made looking for my wedding dress so special and not stressful at all! She was sweet and patient. I love how the bride gets a nice, large separate room instead of having to parade around like at other stores. Thank you for making this a special moment!!!
I got my dress 4 years ago for my wedding and had an OK experience. I recommended my sister to get her dress from there this year as she is getting married. We have had nothing but problems with my sister's dress fittings/alterations and have had to come back 3 times for bustling issues. As her MOH, I was to be taught how to bustle her gown. I would have given TBE a 5 star, until anything and everything that could go wrong went wrong. My dress was prefect! My bridesmaids however: nobody at TBE could explain to me or my maid of honor how her dress was ordered wrong!!! Her dress was to be the reverse colors as bridesmaids. Oh that's right...they gave her dress to one of my other maids who lives 3 hours away. Then made my cousin drive all the way back to Appleton with her 2 year old and 6 month old.
