What a sheer nightmare. We ordered bridesmaid dresses after 7 weeks they said it was discontinued. They tried, so they say, to replace it with another dress. Which we would have probably done had it been that the owner would not let us get a word in inch wise and was so rude. So was her daughter. Constantly blaming the designer.Now we are trying desperatly to get our deposits back. She is giving us lame excuses and we may have to sue her to get it back. They were extremly helpful when buying my dress. I live two hours away and had to go without my mother. The woman kept telling me how great I looked in my dress and how this was "the one". I bought the dress and later went to pick it up. It was wrong and they had to reorder it. When it came in again they said that it was the right measurment and I was stuck with the dress, you could see my ankles. They said that the dress was supposed to be like that. These women (specifically one in particular) are the rudest women I have ever met. They raised their voices to my bridesmaid and me and gave attitude like I have never seen in customer service. They took inaccurate measurements and ordered the wrong size dress for me, turning what would have been minor alterations into a mess of extensive rouching (spelling?) work, which they refused to pay the difference from what that added to the alterations cost. This was the worst place i have ever delt with! these ladies were so rude they never called me back.They kept losing my information and they were rude to my bridesmaids. I will never go to bridal boutique and i will give them a bad reference any time i can! they didnt even let my bridesmaids try on the dress before she paid for it to make sure nothing was wrong with it.
