This place is ridiculous!! When we originally contacted the shop about wedding & bridesaid dresses they were so nice and sowe ordered dresses months ago and since then we have received nothing but the run around! Currently our dresses are 1 1/2 months late and not one person is capable of returning a phone call and after numerous calls from me they just rush you off the phone, get snappy with you, or state theres nothing they can do. They have taken whats supposed to be a happy time and ruined it! Save your time girls and GO... read more

The owner is the rudest person I have ever met that actually owns their own business. I have no idea how they stay in business and do not even bother calling because she will just belittle you and make you feel stupid for calling. I cant put into words how angry she has made me after being rude to every single bridesmaid and trying to get us to pay more for our dresses.

DO NOT SHOP HERE-THE PEOPLE THAT OWN THE STORE ARE VERY UNPROFESSIONAL--MY DRESS ARRIVED THREE MONTHS AFTER THE DATE THEY TOLD ME IT WOULD BE IN--ALL OF THE EXTRAS THEY PROMISED THEY DIDNT DO--BOTTOM LINE SHOP SOMEWHERE ELSE

Well months later after my dress had arrived i set up an appointment for my fitting. The next day the girls rudely informed me that the bridesmaids dresses were in and they have 5 days to pay. On November 1st or 2nd 2010, I purchased a dress and was told the alterations would be done by November 15th and ready for pickup. I contacted the business and was told my dress was not done yet and needed a few more days to be finished. Being nice since I was not contacted about this, I told them that was fine and I let them know I needed my dress by Thursday the 18th at the latest. I drove to Wilmington on the 18th to pick the dress up by 1pm, which was the time they said it would be ready. I tried it on and one of the alt... read more
