“Beautiful building, horrible management.” I’ve lived at Brickell on the River for nearly a year, and I can honestly say the location is the only thing keeping this place afloat. The management team here is hands down the worst part of the experience. They’re completely unresponsive, dismissive, and act like any issue you bring up is your fault for even mentioning it.
