The front desk staff was changed recently and the new staff is rude, inattentive and not helpful. The building management is conveniently never available if you are a working professional, they have reduced their hours and are also rude and not helpful. The building is also not well maintained and they plan renovations at inconvenient times. The elevators are consistently out of service. My ceiling has a leak that has been getting worked on for over a year, work orders through online portal are never responded to unless you email multiple times after so not sure what the point of resident portal is. Management leaves voicemails unanswered, emails unanswered for simple requests. Faulty equipment in gym area. If not for surrounding area I would give this building a 1 star. After living here for 2 years it was an amazing time the management is extreme on point and very attentive. The lobby men & women are helpful and the building’s maintenance team are always working on improvements and cleanliness. I have seen the reviews of the valet parking but to be fair they help the building security manage the traffic caused by food delivery + Uber drivers + residents.
