This place is AWFUL on so many levels. Poorly managed, HOA fees are through the roof. The building is so old and not well taken care of. I wouldn’t NEVER recommend this building. The people that live in the building are super sketchy.
Poor management, very strict and incredibly overly vigilant COA, ongoing intermittent long term construction project, and unjustified rent increases. Great location (very close to I95 entrance and key Biscayne bridge).
This property is poorly managed by Daniel, he never communicated to me as tenant of any updates written or virtual.The landlords do not disclose the construction going on in the building and units. The pool and sauna closed. the security guy and lady are the most unprofessional. The location is not good, takes 5 minutes driving or 20 minutes walking to get to a grocery store/concenience/gas station. LOUD CONSTRUCTION NOISE FROM 7:30AM UNTIL 4PM (not safe for pets) The building is very deteriorated
