This is a beautiful place to live and I’ve been an owner here for 4 years. KW property management unfortunately makes living here very challenging. I cannot recommend living anywhere they are the property manager. KW creates an environment where they fine people for everything and just expect tenants not to show up to contest so they get the revenue. Consistently 20 mins wait for my car from valet. Pull up is inefficient and building is not secure.

Terrible management, always on the lookout for ways to fine you. BEAWARE! They also make ton of mistakes in their favor and fine you for mistakes of other tenants as well. And to make matters worse, the area is ridiculously loud with non-stop car and bike racing every night.
