I had some items stolen from the woman's spa. Security was a joke. The spa attendant didn't speak proper English. Horrible experience. More of a hotel then a residence
The only thing we liked from this building was amenities. Bad management, and not organized services. We have lived in luxury condos in NYC and Miami and recently moved in to this building. We thought this building has the same service that we always had but no. They force you (home owner/tenant doesn’t matter) to come down to package receiving area to pick up your packages. This is the perfect place to dunk one's face in sparkling ice water and follow that up with a banana rub. Would rate six stars if I could.
