I was there a few days ago visiting a friend and is a huge and beautiful place despite being under construction. Security guards, valet parking and other staff are very kind and friendly.
The worst valet service. Said they would send us a text with our time limit. They never did and we were 16mins In total and they said we still need to pay because only the first 15 minutes are free. The worst type of customer service. It isn’t even about the money , it is the principle. I know it isn’t the employees fault. But don’t be jerks about being one minute over.
