Fantastic hotel great staff. Comfortable rooms well cared for. Highly recommend this to anybody. It's right in the heart of everywhere you wanna be in Miami!! Walking distance from lots of great restaurants. Just a hop, skip and a jump to the water.
Ingrid at the restaurant is wonderful. Her understanding and willingness for how to properly accommodate guests is outstanding!
The lady at the front desk was so so so rude on 7/31/26. It was about 2am when we got there, she didn’t even say hello the first thing she did was lecture us about not calling in if we were going to get there after midnight and there was so much more that happened as well. But overall she pissed us off that’s how rude she was and we left and came to the Ritz. The customer service was so so so much better and not much of a difference in price.
