I agree I had the same experience two weeks ago. I had my hair done with Jenni. I didn't realize she was the owner/manager until now. I went away with a lopsided hairdo. Scheduled a week later to get a hair dye with her and for her to look at the haircut she gave me. The day of the hair dye scheduled appointment she called two hours before the appointment and rescheduled or tried to put me with someone else. My mom had her hair done by Melissa. She did a wonderful job. Will be returning!!! Will not go anywhere else. And love the atmosphere of the shop.
Fabulous Experience! Jenny asked lots of questions, looked at pictures with me and made sure she had a feel for what I like. Then she gave me her recommendations- which I trusted- and she was spot on! Way better than I expected- and more current and on trend! Gorgeous color, Gorgeous cut! I was stuck in a rut and Jenny got me out!! Thanks girl!
I just moved here from California and was in dire need of having a color correction. Loana was absolutely amazing! I absolutely love my color and cut. I will be seeing Loana again in six weeks!
