Don’t rent here. Management: They don’t respond in a timely manner or don’t respond at all. They will only contact you if they’re going to raise your rent. I had a leak in my bathroom and my ceiling is all messed up. It has been over 6 months and still haven’t gotten it fixed. Parking: They have a private towing company that is in Oakville, CT. RENTERS BEWARE!! IF YOU ARE ALL OF A SUDDEN SEEING REVIEWS GIVING THIS PLACE 5 STARS, ITS A LIE. The property management is horrible, especially the new manager, Michelle. You cannot get ahold of everyone and the people in the office, even when someone is inside will not open the door. Michelle is a new property manager and turn this place upside down. This place really cleaned up when the new management took over and is now an absolute pleasure coming home every night knowing that I can count on them for anything with prompt response. I also love the parking program and it's so great to be able to have closer access to my place. No complaints here! 🙂
Out all the choices I had I chose this one because they are well organized and have a great parking program allowing me to have ample parking space close to my apartment. I can basically park right in front of my apartment and not have to worry about someone taking my spot. Management in the office is curtious and very professional. I recommend this complex to anyone looking for a place to live.
I just moved in today (12/24/2021) and I am completely happy to be in my new home! Michelle was prompt and efficient with tour, explaining everything and helping me understand the application process. The application made me feel safer as a single woman knowing they scrutinize the residents. Upon my move in, I was greeted by several residents that gave me the complete rundown of the rules and best way to interact. (I was really impressed with the digital interaction process!!!!)
