I usually don't give negative reviews, but this complex warrants one. I'm not sure what going on with management but enough is enough for us. You have to threaten to not pay rent just to get anything fixed around here. We shouldn't have to pay $995 to live with roaches. We moved on to bigger and better things, but just warning people don't rent there until the clean up their act. Which will probably be not time soon.
The managers and maintenance is very poor hear at Brownwood Apartments
disgusting and very unprofessional, what else is there to say.
