Seen in a timely manner. Dr. took care of my requests.
Scheduling the appointment was easy, and the office was accomidating. When I arrived, the wait was about 5 minutes before I was called to the exam room. The nurse who escorted to the exam room also took my vital signs and asked medical questions. As soon as she left, Dr. Yung came in. He is always very thorough. This is the 3rd yr I have seen him, and I always feel he has sincere concern. My concerns were addressed. I am so glad I have a PCP that I can trust, is knowledgeable, and is interested in my health.
Dr. Young is a very polite person. He listened to my ailments and gave his opinion after explaining his medical plan of treatment for each concern I had.
