I was very disappointed when I took my 90 year old Mom to see Dr Yung. She had fractured her pelvis 7 weeks prior and we were there for her hsp discharge follow up. She has been in unremitting pain since falling in late April. Dr. Young showed no compassion, was stonefaced and cold. He did not even examine her and suggested that we see a specialist, which would likely not happen for many days, which was the case. Saw Dr Yung for my Annual Wellness Check. He spent all the time I needed to go over his findings and answer all my questions. I was not rushed and gained a lot of insight into minor issues that I had not considered.
Dr Yung takes his time and makes sure he answers all your questions!
If I could give zero stars, I would. I have been a patient of this practice for 10+ years, I would never see Dr. Yung again. My chart was not cross referenced during my appointment with him, he was suggesting things that could not even possibly be wrong with me, as in, it was physically impossible. He took some of my symptoms and dropped off the other symptoms, which to me, were the more pressing/scary ones. I did not feel heard or cared for as a patient.
