Brian helped us with an extremely complicated deal where every detail needed to align perfectly with many parties involved. From start to finish Brian was there. I felt like if it was on my mind it was also on his. Even when there wasn’t an update to share Brian would check in on us. He made us feel like our deal was his #1 priority. Real estate deals are complicated. I slept better at night knowing Brian was on the job!

Intentionally misrepresents a townhouse/duplex as a single family home in listings. Take pictures at an angle to obfuscate the other side of the building to make it appear to be a single family home when it is fact a duplex or townhouse. I am exhausted by realtors who use this tactic. Listing sites are no help in getting these intentionally misleading listings changed, so I'll leave this review instead.
