Brian Thomas is a very good person, as well as a loyal and hard working real estate agent. Not only did he sell my house on Lay Lake for a good and fair amount of money, but he successfully got the earnest money from the man who dropped out of the first offer and contract to buy my house the day before closing. It took hard work and dedication to accomplish that and I am very grateful.
