Not only do they never postpone my appointment, they always try to get me in as soon as possible. I love that I can always get an appointment right away, and I never have to worry about them rescheduling it. They explained all the risks and benefits of my treatment options. Everything was explained in detail, all my questions were answered, and I felt a lot better about choosing a treatment plan. I called with a question concerning the medicine prescribed to my daughter. Dr. Hickey never reteurned my call after calling 3 times to get an answer. That was 3 weeks ago and I still do not have an answer to my question. I definitely don't trust their advice. They're only concerned about themselves. I'm absolutely positive that I would have gotten better service anywhere else. I wasn't greeted at all when I walked in the door. No one seemed to notice or care that I was there.

They paid close attention to me and all of my questions were answered. They answered my questions and spent a lot of time with me. I didn't feel like they were trying to rush my appointment at all. They didn't exaggerate their abilities at all, which has been a problem at some of the other places I've visited. I got what was promised. I've been places before where they were argumentative and angry, so I was nervous that I would encounter that here as well. Instead, they were very calm and understanding the entire time. I didn't experience any unnecessary pain during my visit, and I was amazed at how much better I felt after I left. They go out of their way to make everyone feel equally respected and cared for. I've seen client favoritism at some of the other places I've been, and I really appreciate the extra effort they make to avoid that here. Did the staff make you feel uncomfortable when you called with questions or concerns? Absolutely! They made me feel like my questions and concerns were stupid Were the waiting room chairs comfortable at this provider's office? Extremely comfortable; I could have fallen asleep

I was introduced to Brian and his staff over two years ago when I found myself being lead down a path of pain pills and surgery for two herniated discs in my back. Not only has Brian been able to help me avoid surgery, I am able to continue playing golf, ridding motorcycles and playing basketball.
