Our family has been seen here for over 8 years and we love it! The staff are great people, and very friendly. We look forward to our visits every time! Some of us visit monthly, others bi-weekly. Dr. Hickey has helped us with numerous health crises. He and staff have been patient and caring to us all, especially my severely autistic child. We highly recommend him to our family and friends and to you too!
Not only do my appointments never get canceled last minute, they take time out of their day to send me a reminder so I don't forget. They are extremely reliable. The staff are great people, and very friendly. They are attentive and make you feel right at home. They do such a great job of never overbooking appointments, even though they are extremely popular. The two ladies at the front desk, Jenny and Teresa are completely rude. They are polite when they think nobody is listening but I was only 3 feet away from the desk! They bad mouth the patients. I always get a feeling when talking to Teresa that she's just over all annoyed with me. Bad people to employee at an office if you ask me. Made me transfer doctors I can deal with stuck up people who act like the patients are a problem. And not to mention I CAN NEVER GET AN APPOINTMENT THAT DOES NOT GET RESCHEDULED.
